ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of sell. Mad Dolphin Press reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refusal of any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Should you choose to pay by credit card, we will process approval of the transaction within 48 hours to minimize any delay in shipment. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders placed do not constitute a legal contract until Mad Dolphin Press ships your order. Terms of payment are within Mad Dolphin Press’s sole discretion and, unless otherwise arranged, payment must be received prior to acceptance of an order. Payment may be made by any of the above methods.

If payment is made by credit card, acceptance of the order is subject to credit card verification protocol. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.

Your order is subject to cancellation by Mad Dolphin Press, at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from such errors.

Payment Terms & Timeline
Payment for services rendered by Mad Dolphin Press will be paid in full upon submittance of an order – verbal or electronically. Based on both service and product orientation, Mad Dolphin Press holds the right to process payment immediately upon order receipt. By submitting your order, you acknowledge the general time frame of 1-2 weeks for delivery for United States domestic orders, 2 – 3 weeks for international order; however, you also acknowledge delays may occur for any extended period of time. Mad Dolphin Press will make all attempts to fulfill your order complete, in a timely manner.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling are an additional charge unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Ownership of the product passes from Mad Dolphin Press to you upon shipment from our store. Any loss or damage that occurs during shipment by any carrier selected by us is our responsibility; however, we cannot be held responsible for damages if the product is not inspected immediately upon delivery.

You must notify Mad Dolphin Press within 24 hours of the date of your purchase if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong, or damaged. You must provide us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the purchase of your product, as well as the correct shipping location, or you will be responsible for sales and other taxes associated with your order.
